We are currently operating with a smaller distribution team as a safety measure for our employees, which means the timelines for processing and transit are longer than what you might typically expect. With that in mind, here is how we handle getting your order to you.

Before You Order: Address Rules

When you are ready to check out, please note that a single order can only be shipped to one destination. If you need items sent to different locations, you will need to create a separate order for each address. We are able to deliver to PO Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses, and our service reaches customers worldwide.

Seeing Your Shipping Cost

The final charge for shipping is determined by where the package is going and how many items you are buying. To see the precise cost for your order, simply add the products to your cart, begin the checkout process, and enter your mailing address. The system will automatically update the total to reflect the shipping fee before you complete the payment.

When to Expect Your Package

As mentioned, our operational adjustments have extended our usual timelines. While we work to get every order out as efficiently as possible, please anticipate the following estimated windows:

• Delivery time: 2-7 days
• Shipping time: 7-15 days

For International Customers

For packages sent internationally from the US, the shipment terms are Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). Tendenicy does not collect VAT or any other taxes and duties on behalf of the destination country. Any customs fees, taxes, or duties that are applied to the package become the responsibility of the person receiving it. We suggest reaching out to your local customs office if you have questions about potential charges.

When Delays Happen

While we provide estimated delivery times, these are not guaranteed. On rare occasions, customs processing can hold a package longer than anticipated. Similarly, severe weather or other unforeseen events may cause a slight delay. We appreciate your understanding that these external factors are beyond our direct control.
